Our Policies

Shipping

Free shipping for vices and spare parts applies to UK mainland only. As soon as your order is received and paid for we will despatch within 2 working days. We will let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable. Orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class and Parcelforce or UPS courier for larger items and subject to their delivery target times (not guaranteed, usually 2-3 days). 

Returns

In the unlikely event goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days after the receipt of item(s) with photographs of damage/fault for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you must notify us to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns as you remain responsible for item(s) until they are received by us.  Refunds will be made after item(s) are received by us on items conforming to this returns policy within 5 working days of receipt.
